This caravan is in very good condition. Registered until 31st December 2023. It is built on a G&S Chassis and has Semi-off-road Simplicity Independent Suspension. The wheels are 16" with LT245/75R16 tyres and 12" hubs with electric brakes. A manual jockey wheel and a Trail-A-Mate Hydraulic Jack are included. It has a roll up awning with Aussie Traveller Anti-Flap bars and Roof Support bars. These bars are stored in a locked PVC pole carrier pipe affixed to the rear of the van. There is ample external storage consisting of a front boot, a tunnel boot, a cupboard for foldup chairs and table (included) and a cupboard for a generator (Honda EU20i included). A Satellite TV dish, tripod, receiver and cables are also included. The van is fitted with AL-KO ESC and a Rear Camera. Internally, the fridge is a 3-way Dometic AES RM4805 RH 224ltr unit, the air conditioner is a Dometic IBIS 3 roof mounted unit, the stove has 3 gas and 1 electric Hot Plates with gas Oven and Grill, a microwave oven is also included. The bathroom area is made up of a Separate Toilet, a Separate Shower, a Vanity Basin with Mirror and a Top Load washing machine and the water heater is a Gas or Electric system. The queen size bed is a pillow top innerspring mattress and there is ample cupboard space in both bedroom and kitchen areas. The underbed area provides for further storage.
